[正] The Chinese government is launching a sound monetary policy.

注：“稳健”不仅指 steady 所包含的“稳定，扎实”，而且还有“合理，健康”的意思。而 sound 做形容词时有“合理的，明智的，稳妥的”等意思，用在这里十分贴切。
