ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! i’m very glad to stand here and giveyou a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , andfound the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.
first i want to ask you some questions:

youth
youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is thefreshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .
youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of theappetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we growold by deserting our ideals.
years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul y , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure ofwonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the gameof living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and powerfrom men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows ofcynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but aslong as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you maydie young at 80.

Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. Whatis success? It is what everyone is longing times success would be rathersimple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success;making a new friend is success; even now I amstanding here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes verycomplicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social statussuccess? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization ofpeople’s hopes and days, in the modern society there are manypeoplewho are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics ofhem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that ssuccess and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether itis real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position andbetter condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? Whatwill satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we mustneed something inside, which is the realization ofpeople’ hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopesand ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear toeverybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our strivingfor success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightenedby the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and senseof responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that Ihave this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success,cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I amsureevery success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen,believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make asuccessful life! Wish you all good success!

If you want more love in the world, create more love in your you want more competence in you team, improve your competence. Thisrelationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life. Life will give youback everything you have given to it."
